Improving 1:1 onboarding.

HMW improve the knowledge share and persuade new members to use their membership continuously?

As the sole graphic designer, but with my user research and experience skills, I worked with the member engagement team to improve and finesse the presentation they gave to new members. There was a limited skillset within the team and gave 1:1 presentations to potential and new clients.

I introduced on-brand graphics, a simpler interface with less text, consistent and strong hierarchy of visuals and text.

The information presented was less cluttered, so users could take information in easier within a short meeting time.

I altered the information so that each was categorised and framed to the user needs, utilising engaging photos within brand, where possible.
