Problem and business/user goals

The internal processes of recruitment was very manual, relying on a small team to monitor and work with internal interviewers to ensure HR protocol was followed. Therefore, there was a decision made to use a 3rd party SaaS - Teamtailor. Teamtailor is a platform that provides clear information of the business, the vacancies, as well as the business-facing side to answer the need of communication, timing, compliance and progress of each hiring step.

It was a group task to ensure it was within the brand guidelines, and met UX best practices as much as a template allowed.

I created a heuristic analysis here.

to share with the HR stakeholders, so they could enact any changes they could do, and shared with the developer where the access to the code could allow some small changes.

Ultimately, it made the website and its purpose of advertising roles and highlighting the benefits of the charity, clearer to potential candidates.
